Cigar Cases

Cigar Cases are a carrier or tote for carrying cigars so that they do not bend or break. The key aspect of a cigar case is its portability, and easy of carrying the cigars in jacket pockets. Over the year’s cigar cases have evolved from a simple wooden carrier to a luxurious tote, fully cedar lined at the inside to retain the humidity of the cigars.

The leather Cigar Case has evolved considerably over the past 20 years, from a soft leather pouch to a hard-leather safe. They are seemingly strong enough to pound nails. Some even offered a slot for a cutter, but smokers always had to make room in their pockets or bags for a lighter or cutter if it didn’t fit in the slot.

Cigar Cases an inner which is made of Spanish cedar or uses a cedar veneer. These are usually stronger cases, and can withstand impact without damaging the cigars. The shell of the cigar case is usually leather, which is creased against a die which matches the ring gauges of the cigar to create the shape of the creased cigar case.
